Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions are in place to protect the client (your staff or yourself) your company and my business in terms of health and safety and insurance purposes. Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in my refusal to treat you.

If you need to cancel your booking please give me 48 hours notice.

All clients must complete a short medical consultation form prior to their treatment which I will provide, I reserve the right to refuse to provide services if employee/member does not complete the consultation form.

I reserve the right to refuse to render services to any employee/member who engages in inappropriate behaviour.

I cannot treat anyone who is pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, has a fever, diarrhoea or vomiting, or anyone who has cancer.

I do not treat anyone under the age of 18.

Minimum bookings are 2 hours and the maximum booking time is 6 hours excluding breaks.

I will require the fee within 7 days post the event date.

The area I work in must adhere to health and safety guidelines ie have adequate space to manoeuvre whilst massaging, the temperature of the room needs to be controlled and well ventilated.
