Sound Healing

Sound Therapy is a sensory Therapy used for centuries and originating from Tibetan, Himalayan and Aboriginal cultures.

When something vibrates, it makes a sound, the vibrations from sound can travel through the bodies systems and energy fields helping to balance our frequencies to restore calm and promote healing.

Everything around us including ourselves is made of energy, sound waves have the power to reach us on a cellular level and train our minds to diminish negative behaviours/thoughts and to heal pain in the body.

In my sessions I use Crystal Bowls, Tingsha Bells, Koshi Chimes and rain makers. I start each session with a guided meditation to allow you to slip into a relaxed and mediative state allowing the sound to flow through you and leave you feeling more balanced and restored.
